Summary
This position is responsible for working with bid variables and data to initiate and prepare accurate, complete, profitable and timely analysis to meet Management Team and Sales directives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Under general supervision:
- Prepares renewal forecasts and builds out costing models for client consideration.
- Attends leadership meetings and scribes the proceedings.
- Uses project management skills to drive execution on designated action plans.
- Partners with the Sales and Finance teams to identify any disconnects with proposed client upsells, downsells, new logos or cancellations that are in the pipeline.
- Analyzes data and provides feedback to leadership team on the execution of identified metrics
- Collaborates within irth Solutions team to expand and cultivate customer relationships.
- Creates and manages irth Solutions sales proposals, contracts, and internal project documentation.
- Manages the administrative renewal process for current customers.
- Accurately identifies customer expansion opportunities and monitors churn risks through customer interviews and feedback.
- Collaborates with Marketing to create and coordinate customer communication campaigns.
- Presents data to internal stakeholders and makes recommendations on next steps.
- Conducts research to resolve customer problems.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic accounting and finance.
