Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical member to join our fast-growing team. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will work with the team to develop marketing strategy and translate strategy into concrete execution plans with agencies and internal partners. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize multiple PLA, search and Facebook campaigns as well as email marketing, affiliate marketing, content marketing and more. You will be the end-to-end owner of marketing channels, budget and performance. This is an exciting time at Yummy Bazaar where the company is growing rapidly and so is our marketing investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for PLA, Facebook and other paid marketing execution to increase market penetration and meet aggressive ROAS target.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities through product knowledge and market research.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across major search channels.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute email marketing, affiliate marketing and content marketing strategies.
  • Monitor campaign and website performance via analytic tools and provide feedback and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Track campaign results, analyze key metrics and optimization results.
  • Perform various ad-hoc analysis to understand root cause issues and key business drivers.
  • Identify, gather and analyze relevant competitor data and determine appropriate analytical framework to understand the general market and key competitor strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • One to three years of related online marketing and web analytics experience
  • Extensive experience with Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with presenting data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment and under pressure of deadlines and performance
