As a Product Manager, you will help devise strategy, develop product requirements, and work across many Teams at OMG as we pioneer the group commerce landscape. You will build a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, pain points, and growth opportunities. As Product Manager, you will learn the landscape and be an expert in our product.

• Formulate, test, revise, and communicate a product strategy
• Act as the glue for a team of talented UX designers and engineers
• Hit measurable and specific goals tied to short, medium, and long-term business outcomes
• Own the prioritization of the roadmap and backlog
• Delight our customers and make sure we are always improving the product experience
• Manage projects from definition all the way through to release
• Develop a deep understanding of business goals, and then figure out how to leverage design and technology to meet those goals

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience at a software or payment company, with a proven history of success in building and shipping products
  
• Experience working with payment processing software (Stripe) or accounting software preferred
• Quick learner with a high aptitude for learning new technologies and processes
• Ability to define and prioritize initiatives while working cross-functionally and effectively managing stakeholder relationships and expectations
• Entrepreneurial spirit must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done, even when there’s ambiguity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in SQL preferred
• Highly collaborative with experience working with other product managers, UX, engineering, and product marketing in a dynamic environment
