About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior, People amp; Culture Manager, the Recruiter is responsible for identifying and sourcing high quality talent across all Functions and Departments.
This position is a 6 month contract to hire.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all candidate outreach including sourcing, initial screen, prepping for interview stages, up until offer and negotiation
- Creatively use out-of-the-box sourcing techniques
- Work closely with HR and Leadership to find the best talent
- Project manage to specific hiring dates and goals
Requirements

- You have a demonstrated expertise in utilizing progressive sourcing options such as direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, college and diversity recruitment
- You have strong verbal, written and presentation skills and demonstrated strong negotiation skills
- You are proficient in recruiting metrics and reporting.
Work Requirements:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth environment (start-up work is a big plus)
- Experience with the full recruiting cycle
- Strong background and proven experience in sourcing/recruiting professionals across levels and functions.
- Experience with HR technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience conducting different types of interviews
- This is a remote position
- Normal working hours are Monday through Friday (8:30AM-4:30PM)
Position Details:
This is a full-time position and reporting directly to the Senior, People amp; Culture Manager.
