About the role -
We are looking for an AD/Director (Delivery Operations). As an AD/Director (Delivery Operations) at Tiger Analytics, you will be responsible for
- Planning and staffing multiple programs for delivering value to customers / internal stakeholders
- Conducting performance appraisals for the US employees
- Ensuring employee development needs are met by working with mentors and managers
- Facilitating talent incubation, transformation and retention by working with HR amp; Lamp;D
- Ensuring compliance, effective staff utilization, employee satisfaction, operation health, and delivery excellence
- Delivering internal business value through a data and metric driven approach to problem solving
- Work with leadership to streamline and improve business processes and long-term business planning
Requirements
Required Experience, Skills amp; Competencies:
- 10+ years of experience in IT/ITeS industry having been responsible for delivery of large programs/ accounts Ideal candidate would have been a Delivery Head or a Sr. Delivery Manager for a large engagement
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay well organized, versatile; have a keen attention to detail and flexibility to work with different aspects of a business
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Compensation and title will be commensurate with the experience and skill-level brought to the table.
