Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Landscape Manager to manage key projects and maintenance of the existing landscape. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes in the field to ensure that our landscape projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving landscape management as well as directing third party contractors. Specific responsibilities include sourcing materials and manpower, providing supervision and quality control in the field, management of irrigation systems and developing detailed project plans. Requirements include a background in landscape management, budgeting and analysis.

Requirements
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of landscape management
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, installations and maintenance
- Experience working with shrubs, trees, grass and flowers native to property climates
- Prefer multiple years’ experience with landscapes within the multifamily industry
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Supervise quality control of installations and on-going maintenance of existing landscape
- Develop project scopes and objectives
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Design landscaping plans, working with third parties as needed
