Job Description

About Journey

Journey is the leading mental health solution for modern companies. Rooted in live group learning, peer support and proactive health, Journey provides the most engaging, cost-effective way to reduce turnover, tackle burnout, and help employees live happier, healthier lives.

We work with care and intention to create a company with the following environment:

  • Safe amp; Caring. We are an emotionally safe environment where you can show up authentically and bring your whole self to work. You are safe to take risks, be vulnerable, be silly, and make mistakes.
  • Transparent. We trust you and our business information is shared openly. Similarly, we expect you to be upfront and candid, and say it like it is. Through open, compassionate feedback, we can grow as individuals and as a team.
  • Ownership amp; Initiative. Do as you say. Hold yourself and others accountable. Through this, we will achieve our goals and our mission.
  • Growth-Oriented. Never stop learning and improving. We believe in continuous growth and we will do our part to help you both personally and professionally.
  • Fun. We have fun together and don’t take ourselves too seriously. Life is short so let’s enjoy the journey together! ;)
  • Customer-Obsessed. We care deeply about our clients, we intently listen to their needs and do all we can to exceed their expectations so they may live happier, healthier lives.

We’re looking for

A self-starter who is not only obsessed with customer service and client success, but thinks outside of the box, excels at creative problem solving, and is comfortable taking on projects that you have potentially never done before! You are a people-person - empathetic, self-aware, low ego, and extremely positive - and are comfortable working in a small collaborative team where you’ll wear many hats. You are passionate and proficient in both written and spoken communications and understand how mental wellbeing plays an integral part in company growth, client retention, and community development.

In this role you will

  • Build relationships with Journey’s corporate clients and play an instrumental part in client retention
  • Onboard clients to set them up for success and handle all post-sale client communications
  • Collaborate with marketing on client-facing collateral development, including client communications
  • Schedule classes and teachers and manage all current customer data in our CRM
  • Analyze client evaluations (attendance and impact metrics) and build client-facing presentation
  • Help with recruiting, hiring and onboarding all new teachers
  • Manage a team of 40+ teachers across the world
  • Respond and manage customer service issues from teachers, clients, and users
  • Develop training and content to help users, clients, and teachers onboard more quickly and engage more frequently

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Client Success
  • Creative problem solver with a determination to succeed
  • Independent and motivated, with the wisdom to seek help where needed
  • Highly articulate, ability to communicate effectively both when speaking and writing
  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable collaborating with different teams (product, sales, marketing, etc.)

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental amp; Vision Insurance. Journey contributes to a portion of the medical insurance premium, provided through Aetna.
  • Vacation Days. Team members receive 3 weeks of paid vacation and unlimited unpaid personal days off.
  • Wisdom Money. Team members receive $1,000 per year to spend on personal development activities, such as meditation classes and retreats, as they see fit.
  • Complimentary Journey Classes amp; Courses. Team members can participate in an unlimited number of Journey classes and courses.
