Product Manager - Media

Job Description
We are in high-growth mode at Invenco and are now on the search for a Product Manager to look after our media product line. This is a new position that will implement the structure for our new media products and create commercial value. This is a great opportunity for an experienced media product owner or product manager to join Invenco and be influential in creating this new product line.
About the Role
As the Product Manager Media, you will have a focus on North America but may also be involved in global products. This is a new position that will be ensuring that our media products are customer focused and innovative.
You’ll work closely with our Business Development team to understand Invenco’s existing and new customers, to actively create a media product revenue stream. You’ll need a strong background in product management, delivering new projects, media costings and have previously worked in a business-to-business environment. Invenco is a fast-paced business, we have a lot of projects happening concurrently and we are looking for people who thrive on getting things done. As a Product Manager you will be involved in:
- Providing vision and direction in relation to media products.
- Drive development and launch of new products from concept to delivery.
- Define the technical and functional specifications including requirements and detailed use cases for new product features.
- Be the SME for media and provide global insight.
- Understand the customer requirements and differences between geographical locations.
- Assist the business development team to sell products and solutions as a pre-sale’s consultant.
About your skills amp; experience
You’ll need to love a busy environment and be happy to work with ambiguity. Along with strong resilience ideally you hold the following experience:
- Previously held a Product Owner or Product Manager position with a focus on media.
- Ideally experience in a payments or consumer environment
- In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
- Strong communication skills ability to lead a team.
- Strong organisation skills with ability to complete projects.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker and love a challenge.
- It would be advantageous if you hold payments or petroleum site systems experience.
