Job Description
Invenco is a fast-growing technology company focused on the payments industry. We are on high growth in North America, and due to our success, we are now looking for a RMA Shipping and Receiving Technician to maintain the efficiency and accuracy of the receiving, shipping, and swap process in the Invenco RMA system.
About the Role
The RMA Shipping amp; Receiving Technician will be part of our North America operations team, ensuring that we deliver a seamless experience to our customers. We are in high-growth mode and are looking for someone to ensure that our shipping, receiving and swap process is seamless. This will be a busy and varied position, the role will include:
- Ongoing product/ICR RMA support.
- Receiving, shipping, swap process.
- Validate repaired product are functioning properly per end of line testing.
- Clean and package product for shipment.
About your Experience
You will be a self-starter with exceptional attention to details, and have a solid background in shipping and receiving. You will be an excellent communicator with a passion for everything involving shipping and receiving. We are also looking for someone who holds the following:
- · 3+ years of warehouse / inventory experience
- · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- · Experience with computerized inventory management systems
- · Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving and issuing
- · Ability to build relationships and work well across functions
- · Must have exceptional organizational skills
- · Must be able to lift 30 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
