Your Opportunity:

Based on the successful launch of the Partner Engage program in November 2019, we reached a milestone of 100% of Blue Prism partners enrolled by October 2020. The Engage program has delivered a significant revenue increase and is positioned to create more value through the participation and progression of partners through the various program levels, and partner adoption of program benefits. With a keen focus on user experience and continuous improvement, the evolution of the Engage program is essential to deliver our partner go-to market strategy and deliver the designed program benefits to Blue Prism and our ecosystem partners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operation of the Blue Prism Global Partner Program across multiple partner types including Advisory, Alliance, Managed Service Provider, VAR and Master Reseller / Distributor Networks.
  • Develop and implement a continuous improvement program to enhance the partner user- experience, differentiate Blue Prism’s partner value from our competition.
  • Work with the alliance /VAR partner managers to communicate program entitlements and requirements for all partners; Drive the partners to attain ever increasing commitment levels and ensure ongoing measurement and management of performance against pre-set goals.
  • Serve as a Engage Partner Program expert within Blue Prism’s internal organization. Ensuring understanding and communication of functional responsibilities.
  • Serve as a Partner Program go to market expert for Blue Prism within industry forums. Proactively drive awareness of the Blue Prism partner strategy and proposition in partner forums to increase awareness and support program growth agendas.
  • Manage the partner program from a fiscal responsibility perspective both within Blue Prism and across our partners, identifying, delivering and reporting the program financial impact to the Blue Prism business.
  • Lead virtual teams as needed to drive specific business outcomes to support partnership expansion, partner attainment and program adoption.
  • Develop an understanding of Blue Prism’s competitor’s foothold in the market and how they leverage partner companies and specifically their partner programs to execute Continually enhance the partner program to differentiate Blue Prism’s partner value from our competition.

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize and deliver program enhancements and operational changes designed to increase user experience and participation.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and deploying innovative partner and customer experience strategies, highly scalable for regional / global application, in a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional environment, which deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Software industry, cloud industry experience required, Intelligent Automation industry knowledge key demonstrated ability to adopt and deploy an Intelligent Digital workforce is a plus.
  • Working in or for a partner ecosystem company, e.g. distributor, master reseller, etc. and/or in an enterprise software company with responsibility for developing, managing and/or evolving global partner benefits and services
  • Market research / analysis and financial assessment experience critical so market-based assumptions, market maps, segmentation-based strategies, go to market outcomes and financial viability are included in the underlying assumptions of the partner program
  • Experience in defining and executing joint solutions for ente
