Job Description

Thinking About Joining the Team at Influence amp; Co.?

Influence amp; Co. makes content marketing simple by providing a full-service solution to help companies strategize, create, publish, and distribute content that accomplishes their goals.

We’re committed to increasing the diversity of our team and are working to implement changes in our organization designed to recruit, develop, and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool. One change we’re implementing is using a hiring committee, rather than a full-time recruiter, to recruit and interview potential candidates. Another change is keeping our job post up for a minimum of 30 days before we begin the application review process, which means the earliest you’ll hear back from us is the week of May 17.

We know this is the right direction for our organization and believe it will ultimately result in a better candidate experience. However, we acknowledge that it might feel clunky to you as we work to implement this new process, and we want to thank you in advance for your patience.

About the Role

We are on the lookout for an organized, detail-minded individual to join the operations team in our Columbia, Mo., office. As the office administrator, your mission is to ensure the needs of our team are continuously being met. You’ll function as office manager, streamline new and existing processes, manage vendor relationships, and be our HR director’s go-to person for administrative support. Your responsibilities will be as mundane as ordering toilet paper to as critical as processing payroll.

Starting salary range: $35,000$38,000 per year based on experience

Employer-sponsored healthcare: $5,500 value

We know that you have a lot of factors to consider when you're looking to join a new company. Beyond just the salary, there are numerous benefits that contribute to your overall compensation package. You can learn more about additional benefits Influence amp; Co. offers by clicking here!

What About COVID-19?

We are currently working remotely to ensure the safety and well-being of our team and need your support as we prepare to return to our office in the late summer/early fall, pending any new developments with COVID-19 and state and local health orders. While we’re remote, our recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process is fully virtual. Training, however, will take place both virtually and in-person, as you’ll be responsible for managing our office, which requires attention even with a fully remote team. If you have any reservations about starting a new job in a hybrid (remote and in-person) capacity or would like to request an accommodation to ensure a successful candidate experience throughout a fully virtual process, please contact HR Director Courtney Mudd at 573-999-0794 x720 or .

This high level of communication isn’t just reserved for our vendors. You keep your direct support and team members informed of new developments regarding your responsibilities and provide direct feedback in real time.
