We currently have an opportunity for a JuniorSales Analyst to join us as we enter into an exciting period of growth and expansion. The company is well established in the US and has a portfolio of cutting edge Medical Device products that are sold in over 60 countries globally.
The successful candidate shall evaluate and identify trends in sales by analysing industry, Prescription and CRM data, from both within the company and outside. This involves collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports, then presenting your reports to the Sales management team. In addition, support the CFO in tracking and calculation of sales compensation.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
- Communicate with management team regularly
- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
- Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success
- Present actionable information and insights to sales team members and management
- Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
- Assist with the management of a CRM system
- Sales comp tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, marketing or finance
- Proven track record in a Sales Analyst role
- Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, CRM and presentation software
- Previous experience in sales comp metrics and applications
- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- High level of organization and detail-orientation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent time management
