Our pharmaceutical client has engaged us for an implementation project manager within Patient Access Solutions Immunology, located in Horsham, PA.
The project manager, will be a responsible for the implementation and integration of Patient Access initiatives within the customer's established CRM solution. The individual will execute against strategic initiatives across the broader PAS team as needed. This will require tight-knit collaboration with a diverse set of partners to deliver on the brand’s strategic imperatives that seek at providing the best patient experience in market. The individual will be responsible for working with and leading vendors and cross functional teams to ensure optimal program performance and standard operating procedures are met, while ensuring efficiency and addressing needs through quality improvement and cost savings. The project manger will be responsible for identifying improvements to evolve overall PAS offerings relative to the supported products of today and of the future. The candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to use insights and data from internal teams, systems, and external customers to continuously look for program experience improvements and inform brand decisions on patient access.
The ideal candidate should have CRM experience within the pharmaceutical industry as well as have a background of requirements gathering for technical implementation projects.
This position will be located in Horsham, and requires up to 30% travel for business, as necessary.
