We are seeking a full-time Total Rewards Manager reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive compensation, benefits, and reward programs.

How you will make a difference:

  • Develop and administer a salary band structure by conducting analyses of jobs, base salaries, and incentives to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and appropriate market rates for jobs
  • Lead and develop the annual salary review program, including merit increases, bonuses and promotions
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the equity program including accurate and timely recording of new equity awards, exercises, terminations and releases for all employees and other equity holders
  • Partner with vendors and our broker on benefit plan administration including annual open enrollment efforts, evaluating benefit plans for market competitiveness
  • Administer and support the development of non-sales incentive compensation programs, including documentation, eligibility, tracking, and working with Finance for budgeting
  • Act as project manager for total rewards for all acquisitions, integrating the newly acquired businesses and employees into our current benefits.
  • Contribute to the development, design, and administration processes for the sales incentive compensation programs
  • Act as subject matter expert for employees regarding all benefit programs, leading communication strategies and activities designed to educate and inform the company about total rewards
  • Ensure accuracy of equity-related activity; interface with third-party on all matters related to administration of company stock plans
  • Provide annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs
  • Implement metrics that assess and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing Total Rewards programs and new initiatives

Requirements

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of experience in Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Wellness)

Other Required:

  • Sales incentive amp; commission plan experience
  • Stock plan experience
  • HRIS and reporting experience
  • Knowledge of HR operations procedures
  • Sound knowledge of the Regulatory and Legislative imperatives and impacts related to Total Rewards programs (FLSA, Sec 125, ERISA, 409A, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintain a close attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement process improvements and resolve complex matters
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Authorized to legally work in the United States without visa sponsorship
