Maintenance employees operate as a team in completing daily, weekly and monthly tasks to maintain campus physical facilities including repairs and renovation of buildings, grounds, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, as well as responding to emergencies and urgencies, and maintaining the campus in a clean and tidy condition. This position is also responsible for providing supervision for janitorial and housekeeping personnel and overseeing outside contractors as needed, as well as assisting with events set up, support and take down including but not limited to audio visual equipment. Hours will be Tues - Fri; 1pm - 9:30pm amp; Sat; 7am - 3:30pm
Requirements
Knowledge of safe work practices, methods, materials, tools and equipment including general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and basic building maintenance and remodeling work experience. Knowledge of pool maintenance/calibration a plus.
