This is an opportunity to join our rapidly growing company with an entry-level position allowing you to learn the transportation industry and transition into a full Account Manager!
We specialize in transportation management offering logistics solutions across North America. With miles of experience on Truckload, LTL, and Intermodal, we are the one-stop-shop for all transportation needs.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Data entry
- Appointment scheduling
- Performing daily check calls with partner carriers
- Building and assigning freight utilizing our company software
- Handling customer related issues and inquiries
Requirements
- Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic
- Ability to quickly process information and make decisions
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented
- Team oriented
- MS Office including Exel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
