Job Description

The Director will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition (TA) function that is dedicated to building an employment brand and supports the mission, goals and values of Pyramid Healthcare. Incumbent will be responsible for brand building, process improvement, infrastructure, and growing the capabilities of the talent acquisition team and hiring managers. Key to their success will be the development of innovative and effective recruitment processes, enabling diversity and inclusion sourcing and selection, developing and utilizing comprehensive metrics/trending analytics to ensure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and, coaching team members to excel.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

The Director of Talent Acquisition will have several critical responsibilities focused on partnering with the business, developing the talent acquisition team, leveraging data, scaling processes, and evolving the employee value proposition strategy.

  • Leverage data to determine workforce planning strategies, supported by both short- and long-term TA plans
  • In conjunction with the HRBP’s ensure high performing, high potential associates are continuously moving into key development positions and experiences to build a substantial talent and succession pipeline for the organization.
  • Identify the right balance of in-house versus agency versus volume hiring methodologies
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of leading-edge recruiting tools and processes for sourcing, assessment and onboarding
  • Develop creative and innovative TA strategies, methods, referral channel, direct sourcing and social media approaches
  • Develop a strong employment brand incorporating the value proposition into our TA processes, tools, events and social media strategies
  • Build robust talent pipelines that tap into targeted universities, companies, regions and technical communities
  • Develop high performing TA professionals through ongoing opportunities for professional development and coaching
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the talent acquisition team, as well as broadly within the organization to ensure that TA is highly effective and valued

Requirements

Education, Experience:

Minimum 7 years of professional experience with at least 3 years leading in talent acquisition leadership; healthcare experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
