We will train you as a Digital Imaging Associate to assist with the operation of digital printing and duplication machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with standard set-up and operation of black and white, and color digital printing machines (may include wide-format and bindery equipment), producing the highest quality work, per K/P and/or client specifications, in an efficient and well organized manner.
• Outputs high level of quality printed goods and acceptable level of speed and efficiency.
• Selects samples and/or proofs for customer’s review or internal review, as requested.
• May complete simple preventative maintenance and repairs on machines and update maintenance records.
• Recommends measures to improve methods/efficiency of machines, procedures and/or department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good verbal, written and listening skills; ability to read, understand and follow SOP’s, supervisor instructions and safety, security and quality procedures.
• Ability to use sharp vision skills to control color and quality.
• Reviews all work carefully for completeness and accuracy.
• Identifies problems and notifies manager in a timely manner.
• Uses self-management skills to plan, organize and prioritize work activities to use time efficiently.
• Works effectively with others. Responds positively to detail instructions and procedures.
