Lends strength to Bethel Church of Redding to see the expansion of God’s kingdom by helping serve and administrate the Bethel Leaders Network (BLN), thereby advancing the vision and stewardship of all that God has entrusted to Bethel Church through the Bethel Leaders Network.
Executive Assistant to the Directors of BLN. Duties may include managing staff’s calendar, email, gather amp; organize info and details for speaking engagements amp; travel, managing meeting requests. Management of BLN's day to day finances including journal entries and credit card transactions.
Content Coordinator role involves coordinating all guest speakers and external content for all areas of BLN. Duties include strategically scheduling guest speakers, preparing questions for interviews, creating external content from interviews, working with the BLN team to facilitate this.
Requirements
- Believes and adheres to the beliefs and vision of Bethel church
- Strong understanding of Bethel Core Values and BSSM Culture.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably two or more years in a church or business capacity.
- Previous experience handling office finance, at least one year.
- Proficient with Google Drive, particularly spreadsheets, and Mac.
- Highly administrative with strong organizational skills.
- A strong multi-tasker, able to manage several projects and various timelines at once.
- Timely and proactive
- Detail-oriented and excellence-driven.
- Knowledge of operational accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of BSSM
