About the role

The Customer amp; Partner Enablement Manager will work cross-functionally to build customer and channel partner capability in data-driven organsational design via our best-in-class methodology, practices, and technology. You will lead the creation and delivery of exceptional enablement experiences that drive the ongoing advocacy and utilization of our platform across our customer and partner network.

This is a new position that reports into our Head of Customer and Partner Enablement. Position can be fully remote or based in our U.S. office in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and define skill gaps, desired outcomes, and success criteria related to all aspects of customer and partner enablement (sales and post-sales)
  • Develop and deliver innovative learning solutions that build customer and partner capability across multiple contexts and use-cases
  • Develop and deliver high-quality train-the-trainer and certification programs that maximize and unlock the potential of our product
  • Manage enablement requests and coordinate the delivery of engaging customer and partner enablement programs and workshops using a variety of techniques and formats (facilitator-led, self-directed, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain a regular cadence of customer and partner enablement offerings, including initial onboarding sessions and continuing education workshops
  • Ensure accurate, relevant, and engaging content is readily accessible by customers and partners through our enablement portal and learning management system
  • Organize, track, and measure the effectiveness of customer and partner enablement programs
  • Create and deploy customized learning plans and experiences for customers and strategic channel partners as required
  • Manage enablement content updates as required

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer, and/or partner enablement
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering world-class enablement programs
  • 3-5 years of experience evaluating and continuously enhancing enablement programs
  • Prior experience building and maintaining effective relationships and partnerships (both internal and external) to drive business performance
  • Prior experience demonstrating and delivering exceptional subject matter expertise, innovative enablement content, and high-quality program facilitation and support
  • Prior experience demonstrating high levels of accuracy, integrity, process consistency and documentation
  • Prior experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving projects to successful completion with minimal guidance
  • Proficiency in working with a variety of software applications and platforms, including Zoom, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, Seismic, and Docebo
  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Communication, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
