Job Description
As a Jr. Performance Specialist on the Data Solutions team, you will learn client management skills as well as project coordination from inception to launch. Along the way, you will also witness the working relations among every department to improve the product and enhance the Inclusion List offering (stemming from industry changes, impactful social events, client feedback, etc.).
Our ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator to be able to articulate and confidently share ideas. This person will also be able to take on projects from multiple team members, manage their time efficiently and work independently. They should also be curious and enjoy research, patching together answers and/or solutions from the information gathered.
Responsibilities:
- Learn about YouTube Advertising, our View IQ platform, and optimizations.
- Responsible for creating and pulling campaign reports for multiple Performance Specialists across the region.
- Create standard Inclusion Lists and brainstorm with the Performance Specialist.
- Help update SalesForce for the proper opportunity amp; revenue tracking.
- Assist in the launch and maintenance of campaigns with the Performance Specialist guidance.
- Produce meeting minutes, call summaries and other client deliverables such as monthly billing.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is helpful.
- Able to effectively prioritize.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented professional.
- Have strong communication skills: verbal, written.
- A collaborative individual who can work both in a team and independently.
- Driven and determined to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital world.
- Above all, possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
- Bonus points if you have experience with AdWords or YouTube.
