As a Jr. Performance Specialist on the Data Solutions team, you will learn client management skills as well as project coordination from inception to launch. Along the way, you will also witness the working relations among every department to improve the product and enhance the Inclusion List offering (stemming from industry changes, impactful social events, client feedback, etc.).
Our ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator to be able to articulate and confidently share ideas. This person will also be able to take on projects from multiple team members, manage their time efficiently and work independently. They should also be curious and enjoy research, patching together answers and/or solutions from the information gathered.
