About the Role

Working within the Myprotein North America territory team, reporting to the Head of Affiliate amp; Influencer Marketing, the Influencer Marketing Manager (Mega Influencers) will work alongside the wider territory team (North America) and the Central Influencer team (UK) to recruit and manage global ambassadors with significant reach and visibility (mega influencers/celebrities) as well as develop and manage successful influencer marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, creative and hardworking individual who’s passionate about influencer marketing and social media. S/he will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally, as well as having strong analytical, negotiation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identification of mega influencers across various categories including fitness, sports, lifestyle and entertainment
  • Build and manage high-touch relationships with mega influencers, from initial scouting and recruitment to administrative support
  • Part ownership of the Myprotein USA Influencer Database
  • Contribute to creative campaign ideas and strategies to build global brand awareness
  • Use tools including Excel and Google Analytics to analyze and report on influencer performance and provide data-driven feedback and direction to influencers
  • Liaise with Content, Social, Campaign and Event teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage
  • Collaborate with PR teams in the organization and management of events and media opportunities/appearances
  • Occasional travel in support of recruitment, events and relationship management

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing (Preferred but not essential)
  • 2-3 years' experience in Influencer Marketing or Talent Management
  • A passion for health, wellbeing and fitness with an ambition to excel at the intersection of this industry and digital marketing
  • Demonstrable understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness and affinity, be integrated in a content strategy and drive commercial value for brands
  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.
  • Comfortable establishing processes to streamline and scale recurring tasks
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
