Mini City seeks Business Admin Associate to participate in the organization’s dayto-day operations that include general office administration, HR, and involvement in some long-range strategic planning. If you are highly organized, with a keen eye (and heart) while helping others, this may be the position for you. This part time position is an opportunity for a business administration graduate to learn more about business management from seasoned Tech Start-up Founders. The hire will also have exposure to all areas of the organization such as digital media, distribution, marketing, and our social impact software solution.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned
  • Check incoming alerts from the Mini City software for user entries; (initially done under Director supervision)
  • Assist with processing mail, bookkeeping, data entry and office supplies requests
  • Assist with archiving, storage management, and event planning
  • Work with the Business amp; Communications Assistant to develop and implement a project centered around expanding our business admin processes; or a project of your choosing with Director approval.
  • Help improve administration procedures
  • Respond to general emails from the account in a prompt manner, routing them to the appropriate team member (initially done under Director supervision)

Requirements

  • REMOTE JOB BUT 1X A WEEK DOCUMENT DROP OFF IS REQUIRED IN ATLANTA
  • 2-4 years experience in data entry, book keeping and/or record management with a community based organization, foundation, institution, social impact group or corporation
  • MAC OS, PC, Microsoft Office and Dropbox proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and research skills
  • Detail-oriented and team player
  • Knowledge and working experience in tech and social impact

Accounting or Business Administration graduates strongly encouraged to apply
