Creative Services Manager -MediaMonks, New York

MediaMonks, New York is seeking a Creative Services Manager who will support the creative and production departments with resourcing amp; allocating talent. This role will help with analyzing and improving organizational processes within the creative and production department, and works to safeguard quality, productivity and efficiency throughout. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial soul who comfortably wears different hats and is a stellar problem solver. While making sure that the current teams have everything they need, they will liaise with team leads within the New York office and across the globe to grow and improve our processes.

Operational Responsibilities

• Dive deep into planning, working with new and existing tools to monitor and track resources across the office, analyze and identify pain points, and help to map new ways of working.
• Support the creation of documentation and training materials for our teams.
• Assist in the onboarding of new employees by tag teaming with HR, facility managers and office assistants.
• Assist producers and creatives to recruit the right talent both locally and globally.
• Plan calibration meetings and help build great relationships.
• Help solve problems and enable great communication between teams.
• Whilst the production and creative team focuses on the day-to-day, you look ahead and prepare the operation for growth.

• Audit and streamline processes.
• Help nurture a positive environment.

Requirements

• You have a background supporting teams in Project Management, Production or Operations.
• You’re comfortable doing many different things, all while remaining approachable.
• You like creative problem solving.
• You thrive when given challenges.
• You’re interested in supply chain optimization and production efficiencies.
• You’re willing to deep dive into software and geek out.
• You’re an independent and ambitious individual who’s also fast and focused.
• You’re OK with a schedule that is flexible and not predictable.
