We are looking for a Senior Manager of eCommerce Development to lead our growing Amazon business, along with identifying and driving new business development opportunities in the digital space.

Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Strategy: Lead and own Amazon marketing and sales strategy and execution to drive growth, profitability and brand affinity
  • Agency Management amp; Development: Manage Amazon agency, ensuring adherence to budget while achieving sales targets
  • AMS: Oversee paid search campaigns and optimize portfolios and keywords to drive visibility, awareness, and sales
  • Amazon Product Launches: In partnership with Director of eCommerce amp; Online Marketing and Brand team, launch new product listings and backend support
  • 3P Monitoring: Frequently monitor 3P sellers on Amazon to protect brand and pricing
  • eCommerce Business Development: Spearhead new eCommerce business development opportunities such as tech integrations and partnerships to drive growth and efficiency
  • eCommerce Operations:
    • Define and scale eCommerce operations through systems and processes and create documentation of the same
    • Ensure planning and preparation of eCommerce sales events, programs, and campaigns
  • Reporting amp; Analytics amp; Performance:
    • Spearhead data sourcing, reporting, and analytics for DTC and Amazon channels
    • Drive and monitor key Amazon KPIs: Sell-through, ROAS, Product Rankings
    • Monitor, analyze, and forecast Amazon sales performance to help achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Cross Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with brand team to develop and implement A+ content on Amazon brand page
    • Partner with Operations and Finance to maintain operational excellence

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven track record of scaling eCommerce businesses, preferably in food amp; beverage, vitamins amp; supplements, or other CPG
  • Management of at least 6-figure monthly budgets
  • Previous experience with managing Amazon, or other e-tailers like Walmart.com
  • Strong analytical mindset and the creativity amp; confidence to take calculated risks
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and formal presentation skills
  • Ability to identify and adapt to changing business needs
  • A hunger and motivation to drive meaningful growth
  • Management of both Vendor amp; Seller Central a plus
  • Based in Los Angeles, CA a plus
