Job Description

Solution Design Manager, Health Systems, Demo

Responsibilities:

Current Health is searching for a Solution Design Manager to help prospects and current customers design an optimized plan for implementation or account expansion. You will help develop a point of view about how Current Health delivers high-quality cost-effective care, and then teach our new clients how they will implement our technology to achieve these aims.

The Solution Consultant is primarily responsible for supporting the sales process and interacting with prospective customers through a variety of sales cycle activities, including: scripted and non-scripted solution demonstrations, discovery sessions, executive overviews, follow-up discussions and post-demonstration action items.

Solution designers consider how the client can best deliver a clinical program, of which Current Health is just one component. Solution design teaches the client how to implement Hospital at Home, for example - they don’t just implement our technology in the client’s pre-baked program. Solution design becomes a trusted ally of the client and becomes indispensable to the success of the entire clinical program.

As part of the bigger Solution Design and Implementation Team, you will work closely with our implementation managers who will execute and project manage individual clients through go-live.

  • Engage with existing and prospective customers in the pre-close process to provide in-depth industry and Current Health product expertise to help identify and drive an implementation that meets their evolving business needs.

  • Work with customers to define clinical and operational goals, and help design solutions that deliver on these goals, providing ROI and improved patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, business development, product management, customer support and implementation to define appropriate solutions
  • Build strong customer relationships necessary to identify champions and decision makers, and understand the decision-making process at each customer opportunity.
