Job Description

As a member of the Solutions Design and Implementation team, the Solution Consultant is primarily responsible for designing, explaining, and implementing integration of Current Health solutions with client systems, beginning with their electronic health record. This role will support the sales process, working closely with the sales team and prospective clients to conceptualize how they will integrate our systems with theirs. Next, this person will design the integration and supervise its implementation, working with partners along the way.

You will become completely expert at Current Health technology and services, and you will provide this expertise to Current Health prospects and customers in support of sales and renewals. You will also be expert at understanding how clients will want to use - indeed you will teach them how they will want to use - their EHR and other systems to enhance their management of patients outside the hospital or health system.

As a Solution Consultant, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues in sales, solution design, customer success, and product development.



Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of EHR integration from visioning to demo to implementation.
  • Work with the product to design implementations that showcase Current Health’s value.
  • Work with our product and engineering teams, as well as our middleware partners, to design and implement integration solutions.
  • Help us think about the future of EHR integration, so that we get better.
  • Enhance the Solution Consulting role within Current Health. Teamwork and continuous improvement are critical to the success of Solution Consulting. It is incumbent on every SC to contribute to the knowledge and content for the collective team.
  • Work with account sales directors on sales opportunities, including:
    • Defining the solution scope
    • Jointly preparing for prospect interactions
    • Participating in prospect-facing activities such as discovery calls and solution demos
  • With the overall Solution Design and Implementation team, participate in shared activities such as marketing events, maintaining RFP response repositories, presentation collateral, and demo content.




Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a role that specifically involves the integration of technology solutions with hospital deployment of EHRs, such as Epic or Cerner.
  • Experience in a pre-sales / solution consulting role focusing on enterprise software and/or a background in nursing with some enterprise software experience.
  • Experience in working with US based Health Systems
  • Deep experience in healthcare industry
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and able to present confidently in English
  • Social personality with excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and conversational skills; positive in learning.
