You are responsible for the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success. You will have a mastery of operational, reporting and sales enablement platforms which will be leveraged on all aspects of driving efficiency into the sales organization and may be called upon to support additional data focused projects.


How you drive success:

  • Support the Director of Enterprise Sales and drive sales productivity and effectiveness by providing timely business solutions through tools and timely insights.
  • Implement projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the sales operations and sales organization.
  • Drive data-based decisions to drive continued revenue growth and profitability and collaborate with the broader organization on pricing and operational strategy.
  • Drive visibility and alignment across Sales Leadership around key performance indicators and improvement opportunities
  • Refine the sales management processes, including key performance indicators and dashboards, pipeline management,
  • Work closely with Finance organization to plan, manage, and report on the business
  • Own all sales process inside and outside CRM systems
  • Responsible for administering comp plans and managing monthly commissions
  • Work with Marketing and Sales leaders to refine target account focus and the analytical data for key decision making.
  • Work with Operations, Legal, Product and Sales management to maintain our price book and pricing training for sales
  • Prepare and present business operational reviews with sales management and executives.

Requirements

You have:

  • 3-5 years in sales operations for hyper growth tech startups
  • Proven track-record of successful implementation and management of sales enablement tools and processes (forecasting, customer satisfaction, funnel management, lead management etc)
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to extract meaningful information from diverse data sources
  • Demonstrated ability to support successful negotiation of major customer contracts, while minimizing financial and legal risks.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in facilitating major business reviews and training initiatives
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and think outside the box
  • 'EQ'' skills to build bridges, forge alliances and encourage people to want to work with you
  • A calm head and steady hand to deal with the unexpected; you always add clarity rather than complexity in a discussion
