Job Summary:

Reporting to the VP, Sales Operations and working closely with Sales leadership, this position will be responsible for managing the compensation and planning side of the business. The Sales Compensation and Planning manager will institute best operational practices and develop solutions that provide foundational and advanced knowledge, as well as the industry expertise, for the global sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute yearly planning and provide leadership and full ownership of sales compensation programs for WW Sales.
  • Work closely with Sales leadership to develop compensation programs that drive the strategic vision of Reputation.
  • Process all compensation and work with Finance to ensure reps are paid timely and accurately.
  • Establish internal audit rules and practices to ensure 100% accuracy of all attainment and commissions calculations
  • Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations and quarterly QBRs/board meetings.
  • Develop, report and present on sales metrics, such as quota attainment and Spiff analysis.
  • Understand and implement impact of Accounting Standards 606 and the impact on commissions accounting
  • Play an integral role in the Finance team’s planning with respect to Sales headcount and commissions forecasting.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of sales metrics and sales cycles.
  • Experience with a global sales organization and enterprise sales.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition rules.
  • Strong skills with MS Excel and Salesforce.com, as well as compensation tools
  • Ability to think independently and work well with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
