DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for assigned dealers with regards to purchases and participation (sign up) in all platforms that RumbleOn offers on a consistent basis. (Dealer Direct where they buy and sell inventory through us, for example)
  • Approach new Dealers, introduce RumbleOn, and build new business relationships attempting to sign them up for our tools.
  • Check on transport of your sales and purchases to ensure utmost customer satisfaction
  • Outbound and inbound telephone Sales Calls.
  • Face to face and/or virtual meetings with assigned and potential dealers depending on location (we primarily work from our office)
  • Attending RumbleOn marketing and sales events as needed
  • Motivating dealer groups to participate in sponsored RumbleOn events and advertisements
  • Updating all sales calls, contacts, and status notes in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Updating all face to face and/or virtual meetings summaries/notes in our CRM
  • Ensure the dealership administrative signup and participation process is started and completed
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all customers/dealers and potential customers/dealers
  • Performing timely follow up on all inquiries, phone calls, and emails.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years work history in B2B Sales or Retail Sales with an outstanding Sales Record (Powersports/motorcycle industry strongly preferred, Saas sales helpful also)
  • Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, Salesforce, etc.
  • Keen Negotiation Skills- Must be very confident in overcoming customer objections.
  • Focused and Performance Driven Individual- Must love the thrill of creating a sale and opportunities!
  • Proven Past Success of thriving in a commission based Sales role.
  • Ability to get along well with and work well with others
  • Trustworthy/Honest-Integrity
  • High level of multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and Extremely Proactive
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to work with multi-faceted systems
  • Excellent customer service skills and great follow through
  • Knowledge and Passion for Powersports a must!
  • Ability to travel 10-30% of the time to customer events and Dealers depending on time of year and schedule. We expect it to be the lesser percentage for the remainder of 2021.
