POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global Talent team! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is very hands on, naturally curious, and highly collaborative. In this role, you will handle everything from team amp; candidate scheduling to facilitating onsite interviews to ensuring that candidates have an amazing experience throughout the recruitment process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure day to day operational excellence and quality talent acquisition outcomes; establish a culture of shared success
  • Partner closely with 3-5 recruiters to guide candidates through the interview process
  • Coordinate interviews and provide support across time zones
  • Provide hospitality and ensure a seamless interview day experience
  • Utilize, Lever, our applicant tracking system (ATS) on a daily basis for data capture, candidate scheduling, etc.
ABOUT YOU
  • 1-3 years of work experience required
  • Coordinating/scheduling experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Passion for building and being a part of high performing team
