As our Growth Marketing Sr Manager, you will play a critical role in growing PulsePoint’s customer base and marketing influenced revenue, using customized content from inbound marketing strategies and leveraging marketing technology to engage prospects and customers throughout the purchase/upsell decision process.

• Engage existing leads and new audiences with content and promotional strategies around the purchase funnel and our products
• Support sales efforts with lead nurture and ABM programs that increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Manage digital budget including reallocation based on goals and results

Requirements

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience in a demand gen, growth marketing role for SaaS/B2B tech
• Proven track record of executing/managing multiple demand generation, lead nurture and/or ABM programs concurrently
• Ability to meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational, budget, project and people coordination skills
• Enjoys problem solving in real time: resourceful, dependable

• Previous experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Hubspot and Salesforce a huge plus; ABM platform experience preferred
