We are looking for a highly motivated director to build, lead and transform mission-critical systems and processes used to scale Oura's rapid growth. As a Director, you will own the delivery of our enterprise system roadmap and build out our Enterprise Systems Team. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with Finance to lay out data compliant with GAAP standards as they are with engineers to scope out APIs to complete integrations.
Requirements
You will
- Build and manage an enterprise systems team to support business objectives.
- Work with Business leaders to understand corporate and cross functional priorities to develop and deliver a corporate enterprise system roadmap.
- Provide technical leadership in our architecture, integrations, and systems usage, particularly in NetSuite, HubSpot, Zendesk, DocuSign.
- Manage project teams, service providers, and implementation partners balancing time, scope, and budget.
- Manage and mentor teams to improve our best practices for enterprise system documentation, processes, and policies.
- Ensure and maintain open lines of communication with Finance, Accounting, Customer Success, People Resources, Development, Supply Chain, and IT teams in addition to critical vendors to ensure success. Appropriately navigate expectations with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree(s) in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Successful track record of driving the delivery of technical solutions in Enterprise Systems to meet business goals
- Minimum 10 years experience working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operational, and Engineering teams
- Ability to think and plan strategically and execute tactically in partnership with vendors and cross functional stakeholders
- Solid experience with end-to-end delivery of initiatives, including writing technical functional specs, project plans, roadmaps, proposals, etc, even amid ambiguity
- Hands-on experience with financial systems, CRM systems, and other systems commonly used in B2C/B2B companies
- Exemplary communication abilities to facilitate collaboration amongst stakeholders, from business partners to technical teams
- Expert level proficiency in NetSuite
