Oura Corporate Program Management Office is the glue amonest Business Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Support and Operations to ensure consistent delivery of key cross functional corporate initiatives at scale. We are looking for a high caliber and self-driven passionate product operations and program management expert to lead cradle to grave product life cycle management, voice of the customer, process excellence and drive corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker who sees the big picture yet switches to a pragmatic mode for step-by-step execution to ensure success. Requirements

The Sr. PM - New Product Introduction (NPI) is responsible for supporting the development of new processes and carrying out each Design of Experiment (DoE) to the established product specification. This includes managing a program from early prototype builds to launch of the product and transition to volume ramp of a new product. You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal teams and external partners to develop optimal solutions. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. You will also have a true hands-on approach, highly analytical skills, including ability to gain true insights from data and be an effective communicator.

Your Impact:

  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage launch from across engineering, product, marketing, supply chain, amp; sales to deliver products on time and assure post-launch success
  • Drive engineering releases, own the dependency matrix for features, equipment management.
  • Gather post-launch metrics from engineering, customer support, social, reviews and returns to ensure product meets, or exceeds, business goals
  • Foster a culture of data-driven program management, product and process excellence and exceptional execution
  • Actively work with the senior leadership team on changing priorities and facilitating resolution for overall success of the team.
  • Participate in efforts to promote Project Management best practices throughout the company
  • Develop tooling and templates to support PMs
  • Engage with stakeholders to remain on top of the latest developments within the organization
  • Ensure coordination with appropriate peer functions and leaders are factored into requirements gathering, planning, and execution of strategic programs
  • Track compliance against the program management framework for defining goals, managing work cadence, and measuring impact that allows for consistency and scale
  • Constantly innovate and improve programs and program management mechanisms, suggesting new ideas and best practices for improving the business and customer engagement
  • Drive continuous process improvement and make our customer experience better than ever

Your Profile:

  • Degree(s) in a technical or business management related field with equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years' experience in Product Operations Management, Technical Program Management and/or Strategy Operations at relevant technology companies
  • Experiences driving hardware product life-cycle management
  • Understanding and experience with software development life-cycle management and methodologies
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous startup environment
  • Solid experience planning for and managing several large-scale, complex technical projects and coordinating cross functional project members to deliver quality results on time
  • Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills.
