Purpose of The Role
The Client Delivery Director plays an essential role in the operational elements which surround best practice in execution and delivery of client solutions.
Reporting to the Chief of Operations, this role is a dotted line report to Managing Partners and collaborates with Client Directors/Associates, Project and Account Managers to maintain a consistent and holistic overview of the variety of solutions which are collectively created by the revenue generating teams. In collaboration with the Chief of Operations, ensures that our process flows, and supporting technology, are updated in line with our client, influencer, and organizational evolution. In key meetings with Tier 1 clients, is the face of excellence for the delivery aspect of such partnerships, in alliance with the Managing Partner.
Location
The role is based in the US. Due to the pandemic, all TAKUMI employees are currently working from home until further notice.
Line of Reporting
The Head of Delivery reports into the Chief of Operations.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Aids the Chief of Operations to define and share best practice around day-to-day operational processes to facilitate excellence, quality and efficiencies across TAKUMI teams
Highlights potential operational risks and act proactively to resolve issues
Seeks opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
Develops support documentation, including risk logs, and requirement specifications
Supports the Chief of Operations in identifying upcoming and updated regulatory requirements, planning guidelines and implementation process, along with the education of TAKUMI stakeholders. Ensures that the respective guidelines are in place to support our talent, influencers and clients
