Website QA Support Lead (Remote)

Job Description
Broadlume is looking for an experienced Website QA Support Lead for ensuring the websites we build look amazing, are pixel perfect and function flawlessly for our clients in the flooring industry. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of website specialists and working alongside our Website Design Team to create and refine a design QA framework that improves the quality of our websites.

What You’ll Do:
- Review all incoming dealer tickets for the Website Design Team and assign to the appropriate team member that has the bandwidth and skills to complete the task.
- Coordinate and provide support to the Account Management, Onboarding, Support teams
- Coach web specialist to ensure design standards are being met and processes are followed
- Ensure that your direct reports are meeting their goals, day to day roles and responsibilities, and participating in team projects
- Make design recommendations based on tasteful design, analytical data, and user testing results
- Perform a design reviews to ensure the website meets our highest standards of excellence from a design and functionality perspective
- Work alongside our Website Design Team to create and refine a design QA framework that improves the quality of our websites
- Review websites for compliance with brand standards, functionality requirements, established website designs, and any other standards set forth by project owners
- Review websites for grammatical or consistency problems, according to best practice editing standards
- Gather usability feedback from internal and/or external stakeholders/learners to enhance and improve outputs and outcomes.
- Translate QA technology and processes to the appropriate teams where necessary to ensure website quality exceeds defined standards
- Constructively reviews and recommends processes and workflow improvements for the QA team, design teams, and developer teams, including tools to improve efficiency and quality
Requirements
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience testing websites for design and functionality, or in a web design-related role
- 1+ years management experience
- Intense passion for pixel perfect designs and quality
- Understanding of QA best practices and workflows
- Ability to document and create clear, concise and comprehensive design recommendations
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of design and UX best practices
