RumbleOn is seeking energetic and positive individuals to be the front lines of our growing company. Our Customer Support Representatives are the face of RumbleOn and customer service pros, which is big responsibility that can be both a challenge and exciting. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional listener, great problem solver, is an ACE ON THE PHONE, and has worked in a high volume call center in a performance based sales position. They have dealt with automotive finance, acquisitions, or sales. You pride yourself on delighting guests with an experience that exceeds their expectations always. RumbleOn buys and sells motorcycles, cars, and trucks via the internet. We provide an experience to our guests that is unparalleled, ensuring they always feeling important, well taken care of, and happy. And that means educating them or assisting them with whatever they are calling for, whether a question on their appraisal, financing, technical support issues, or a question about a title. Our team fields calls for acquisitions, but may also get calls for other departments. We offer a fun, relaxed, supportive work environment that you are sure to feel comfortable in. Responsibilities:

  • Interact with our guests via telephone, chat, text, and email. Majority of this is outbound to touch base on our Cash Offer prospects about their vehicle or motorcycle appraisal/valuation.
  • Educate yourself on our products, inventory, process, and policies so that you can properly guide guests through our process seamlessly
  • Work in multiple software systems while explaining the guests their cash offer value, how we arrived at that number, why we are different to do business with, etc.
  • Explain vehicle valuations to prospects over the phone, and overcome objections/concerns.
  • Answer guest questions accurately, openly, honestly and if you can't, an honest effort to ensure you get the answer from the right source (no matter what they need).
  • Work with team members to problem solve, if necessary, in order to efficiently address a guest’s needs
  • Answer questions, provide information, and guide customers through the process of selling their motorcycle or vehicle to us.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to every guest every time.
  • Follow up on missed communications daily and meet outbound call expectations (we do expect go getters in this position who are not scared of the phone and follow-up)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in a high volume call center, preferably automotive, powersports, automotive finance, sales, or acquisitions.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a Sales positions required
  • Past experience in Automotive, Powersports, automotive financing, or motorcycle acquisitions/evaluation preferred.
  • Awesome multitasking skills and doesn't get flustered easily
  • Available to work a flexible schedule of any day of the week, including some evening and weekend shifts
  • Attention to detail and organized
  • Computer and Phone savvy (email, text, and phone guru with guests)
  • Able to think and act on your own accordingly
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Ability to use software systems, data, and our company benefits simultaneously to provide supporting evidence on our vehicle valuations.
  • Persistently Patient with a can do attitude
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.

BONUS SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (Not Required, But highly desirable):

  • Bi-lingual is a plus!
  • Bachelor's Degree
