ABOUT THE TEAM
Centro’s Agency Lead team partners with and supports agencies as they push the boundaries of the digital ad space. You will be a part of a team that is nimble, fueled by curiosity, and grounded in a culture of positivity, accountability, and support. WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
This position is an individual contributor role on the Agency team. You will be primarily responsible for cultivating and growing client relationships, presenting Centro as a strong partner within your territory, achieving quarterly revenue goals and working collaboratively with internal teams. You will contribute by: WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital AdTech sales
  • Professional network that includes established senior-level relationships at agencies with automated buying platforms
  • History of outstanding sales achievement and experience in structuring and closing large, complex deals
  • The drive to win and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel BONUS POINTS
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to stay highly organized, optimistic, and coachable through quickly changing situations
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, etc)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
