As a Salon Assistant, you will contribute to our salon culture by warmly greeting clients and ensuring their total satisfaction, supporting the salon team by providing a luxurious shampoo experience to clients and taking pride in communicating with current and potential clients.
Each day will be different, but on any given day you'll be tasked with:
- Warmly greeting clients and offering light refreshments
- Prepping office and supplies for the day
- Applying scalp therapy treatments, including steam therapy, shampooing, deep conditioning and hair extension removal
- Answer incoming calls, texts and e-mails and provide excellent information with patience
- Gather, retain, and apply knowledge of existing and new services and products to ensure tasks are completed correctly and are of the highest possible value to the business
- Assist with sales, packaging and shipping of retail products
- Maintain outstanding relationships with current and potential clients
- Maintain a clean office
- Running errands for supplies, food and miscellaneous items
This is a training amp; development position, meaning the right candidate will receive FREE ON-THE-JOB TRAINING in advanced Hair Extension Methods like MICROLINKS as well as HAIR LOSS/TRICHOLOGY TREATMENTS and be expected to use these techniques to grow and advance within the company.

• Must have a passion for people and client service
• Demonstrate hair care product knowledge and promote solutions to clients
• Support salon experience through maintaining cleanliness and safety of work areas
• Possess strong interpersonal, oral communication and listening skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to business needs
• Reliable and available to work various schedules, including weekends
• Must be knowledgeable about hair care products, be able to perform physical work and tolerate a salon environment, and possess excellent communication and human relation skills
