Position Description:

As part of the Marketing organization, the Head of Content amp; Brand Marketing will lead efforts showcasing EasyKnock’s solutions for American homeowners. The role will develop and deploy strategies and tactics to create a deep relationship with our audience, driving awareness for EasyKnock products and brand, ultimately growing the customer base. The Head of Content amp; Brand Marketing will lead defining and articulating consumer-led value propositions, offer structures, positioning, and collateral as well as design and develop campaigns to fuel growth.

S/he will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment leading in a high-growth sector responsible for the consumer-facing brand and content program(s) including the brand guidelines, social activation, and content calendar to acquire, engage, and retain EasyKnock customers.


What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a vision for the brand and the content to support, capturing target consumer's attention and driving brand awareness metrics, delivering earned media, and connecting to performance marketing efforts to deliver customer growth.
  • Own brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity - driving awareness, relevancy whole ensuring consistency across channels and efforts (e.g. digital, email, direct mail, website, promotional materials), translating value prop into brand and product specific messaging pillars.
  • Design and lead content program, identifying strategies and tactics to build EasyKnock brand, customer activation, and reputation management via content and cross-channel activation including Social channels.
  • Lead PR efforts in developing and showcasing the EasyKnock story to target audiences.
  • Monitor and competition and broader market (economic climate, competitive shifts, etc.), assessing impact and opportunities for EasyKnock.


Nice to Have:

  • Healthy understanding of real estate market
  • Fintech / personal finance experience or knowledge
  • Long-lead sales funnel experience, nurturing an audience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years relevant marketing experience, leading brand and/or product marketing including minimum of 5 years experience in content strategy, content creation, and social media management at a high-growth brand.
  • Experience developing content marketing strategies to drive exposure and business performance / growth with a passion for brand narrative.
  • Proven experience improving brand awareness via PR and social channels.
  • Thrive in a self-starter, fast paced and changing environment.
  • Experience people management - building, inspiring, and leading productive teams.
  • Strong partnership management and influencing skills - internal partners and external partners, agencies and vendors
  • Comfort using data to drive strategy, execution, and optimization
  • Results oriented with a history of exceeding goals in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A no task is too small attitude
  • Bachelor's degree required
