Job Description

We’re looking to bring on a Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in the growth of the brand through owning the development and expansion of our strategic marketing partnerships.

The core focus of this role will be helping to monitor and grow influencer marketing channels through testing new campaigns, measuring campaign success, and monitoring long-term campaigns. This role involves strategically managing partnerships and campaigns, producing creative content, and running data analysis to make the channel perform.

This is a direct-response marketing role with the primary goal of driving sales efficiently and at scale.


Responsibilities:

  • Source, manage, and own the relationship with influencer creators across, but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc.
  • Review sponsored content for accuracy and quality, suggesting feedback to improve performance and maintain high-quality content
  • Maintain our media calendar with any new partnerships and/or changes in existing campaigns
  • Onboard new partnerships, including putting together a contract, creative brief, setting up a landing page on our website, and sending promotional products to the partners
  • Export, clean, and analyze data monitor campaign performance
  • Manage billing and invoice management for our partnerships

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of professional experience in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Business degree preferred but not required)
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and own a project
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, accurate work
  • Superb communication skills, patience with others, and ability to maintain and manage professional relationships
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for in-depth data analysis (SQL and/or Google Analytics experience a plus)
  • Experience leveraging data to analyze performance, create insights, and optimize campaigns
  • Motivated self-starter with hunger to independently drive projects forward
