Summary:

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) for Global Solution Delivery, you manage a global portfolio of solution onboarding and delivery projects for our strategic clients looking forward to starting benefiting from our fraud detection SaaS products. Externally, you partner with our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to discuss project scope, priorities, planning and timeline with customers; internally, you interface with our Global Solution Delivery team to ensure smooth and timeline execution of the project and serve as last layer of QA before we hand over the deployed solutions to customers. You will play a key role in our delivery process design, improvement and optimization. You will be reporting to our Global Head of Customer Success.

Specific Job Duties:

  • Own project management of solution delivery projects globally using standardized project management tools.
  • Lead project scope definition, timeline planning and data integration discussions with customers to understand priorities and key deadlines of requested deliveries.
  • Work closely with the Global Solution Delivery team (in China) to make sure project progress is properly reported and tracked, and key milestones are met on time.
  • Coordinate and lead internal meetings to communicate on project updates and drive for cross-team alignments.
  • Triage on problems met, risks and failures; lead post mortem discussion and document Root Cause Analysis (RSA) reports.
  • Provide the last layer of Quality Assurance (QA) to the deployed solution before Technical Account Manager takes over to provide product training and product adoption for customers.
  • Remain updated and knowledgeable about our new products, and work with GSD team to keep deployment tools and processes properly adjusted and optimized.

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. degree in a technical or analytical discipline
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
  • 2+ years of experience in technical project management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with proficient usage of project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Prior experiences in managing projects involving Kubernetes, Spark, Jenkins, Flink, HBase, Cassandra or Kafka is a plus.
  • Prior experiences in working on or managing projects involving AWS, GCP, Azure, Ali Cloud are a plus.
