Our client is a pioneering the social media marketing space, and they’re looking for a talented SaaS Sales Representative with start-up experience and a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem to join their fast-growing team. The position requires a strong communicator with experience managing a full sales cycle and transitioning accounts from trial to full usage. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a customer success mentality who can open doors and help their business evolve into other verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full sales cycle from onboarding to renewal, cultivating long-lasting partnerships with various stakeholders
- Manage a mixed portfolio of mid- and senior-level accounts simultaneously
- Identify and qualify opportunities for sales generation
- Develop and execute strategy to achieve sales goals that align with customer requirements
- Serve as brand representative, developing and pitching sales presentations to C-level executives
- Surpass daily and monthly performance goals
- Analyze and interpret fluctuations in industry landscape, players, and growth opportunities
- Translate technical specifications in a simple and straightforward way so that audiences of all knowledge levels can clearly understand its functions and value
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue goals
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree
- 2 + years of experience in a client-facing sales role in SaaS, direct marketing, or a social media marketing platform highly preferred
- Proven track record of success at a start-up
- Solution-oriented with a proven history of exceeding revenue and customer success goals
- Passionate and resourceful with the ability to create a winning sales playbook
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with good listening skills
