The Account Executive is responsible for establishing, developing, and growing their specific accounts. The Account Executive will prospect, nurture, and connect with prospects to find solutions to partner through memberships and services. The position requires direct customer contact, ultimately building relationships and promoting core business.
- Using standard Sales/Marketing Tactics (calls, emails, social, etc.) to engage new prospects.
- Execute in a high-velocity environment (think 6-week sales cycles).
- Comfortable with modern sales technology stemming from Salesforce.com
- Enjoy the competition and embrace being measured against key KPIs typical of an Account Executive.
- Provide a customer experience that delights your prospects and customers and encourages them to become Relode advocates!
- Partner with delivery to assure an incredible client onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years SDR/AE experience preferred
- Experience selling to HR/Recruiting professionals, preferred.
- Extensive experience in account development and proven ability to close sales
- Proficient digital skills (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Excel, CRM software)
Preference to those selling HR tech or to HR/Talent Acquisition; preference Nashville/Phoenix over Remote
