The IMBA LOCAL PROGRAMS ADMIN ASSISTANT is a 6-month part-time, non-exempt, hourly paid position responsible for assisting the IMBA Local team who develop and deliver assistance to programs and services for 200+ Local Partners around the country. The candidate will be performing administrative tasks that support programs within the Local department. The candidate will work with the Director of Local Programs and the Manager of Local Programs and occasionally other IMBA staff, sub-consultants and subcontractors, clients, and the general public to help further IMBA’s overall mission. The candidate should have a keen sense of customer service as well as a desire to always represent IMBA in a positive manner. The position assumes a variable schedule depending on workload.
