Job Description

We’re on a mission to help corporates innovate like startups and to share our insights with the larger innovation community worldwide. This requires us to create landing pages, Miro-boards, infographics, digital prototypes and so much more to deliver our messages to clients and our followers.

Our team helps corporates in developing new markets, services and business models whilst enhancing organizations’ innovation capabilities. We try to avoid corporate theatre at all cost (read: writing 100 page business plans amp; bloated financial sheets). We go for a hands-on approach based on the philosophy behind the Lean Startup , Design Thinking amp; Business Model Innovation. Test, learn, iterate! We have the great pleasure to innovate with enterprises like Roche, World Economic Forum, SOS Children's villages, Nestlé and Adidas to name a few.

What to expect?

You can expect to learn from a broad variety of tasks and projects. You’ll be immersed in a unique, creative work environment, where experimenting and embracing the unconventional is an essential part of your daily routines. Consider this as a starting point for this role:


Business design support

  • Create quick responsive digital prototypes and MVP's with programs like Figma or Adobe XD
  • Create visual stories: insert infographics, add structure, etc. for commercial proposals, insight reports, playbooks, tool templates, pitch decks.
  • Develop responsive digital mock-ups of business ideas: landing pages (e.g. Instapage)
  • Run AB tests to understand the desirability of new features or product and service concepts
  • Analyze the results of AB test and communicate this to our F1000 clients
  • Carry out independent design projects with little to no direction and a strong focus on delivery
  • Understands client needs and propose effective design solutions

Requirements

You

  • Are first of all a kick-ass graphic designer
  • Have a great understanding of branding and can apply brand guidelines to new content
  • Are fluent in a variety of design tools and methods (experimentation, prototyping, UI/UX), and can implement them accordingly based on client needs and expectations
  • Know how to work with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote amp; Figma. Premiere Pro and basic knowledge of Wordpress are a plus
  • Are willing to learn digital growth marketing
  • Are comfortable to work in a self-directing culture
  • Are eligible to work in United States (NY). We don't sponsor visa's.
  • Are interested in corporate innovation and want to immerse into our offerings
  • Are fluent in English, both spoken and written; other languages are an asset.
