At Klosterman Baking Company our Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing a broad range of maintenance activities to maintain the facility, equipment, machinery and production operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years shipping experience
- Shipping management experience
- Train new shipping associates
- Inventory product trays daily, weekly, monthly
- Communication with other Klosterman Bakeries on trays and various issues
- Load trucks according to load sheet
- Responsible for indicating code Use Thru changes based off of product orders
- Responsible for recording appropriate information i.e. code letters before product release
- Hold Shift meetings
- Approve Payroll for shipping associates
- Work split and inconsistent shifts to increase productivity
- Production product run count accuracy
- Provide innovative ideas
- Adjust loading and shipment forms as needed
- Attend meetings as necessary (Security Team)
- Relocate Tractor trailers as needed daily
- Ensuring all trailers are sealed before shipment
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working area.
- Must maintain but are not limited to duties listed
