What will you be doing?

The Supply Chain Distribution Project Manager will facilitate the kickoff of the distribution landscape at an API manufacturer.

Possess a strong understanding of the following areas:

  • Third-party logistics (3PL)
  • Quality
  • Order to Cash
  • Pricing
  • Receipts
  • Warehouse management
  • Distribution

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Effectively communicate with project teams and client stakeholders to meet project goals and objectives.

Drive team accountability for deliverables, develop and deliver team recommendations to senior management, create and meet all project milestones

Develop project schedules, identify cross-functional deliverables, as well as identify and manage project priorities and cross-project dependencies

Manage project outcomes by identifying, minimizing and mitigating risks

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

10 years of combined Project Management, Consulting, and Life Sciences experience

Experienced as a Project Manager in a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Medical Device company, and/or as a Sr. Consultant in a Life Sciences practice in a consulting firm

Working knowledge of standard Project Management tools (MS Project, Excel, Visio, SharePoint)

Ability to travel within one-hour drive of your home

Desired Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) or other Project Management certification

Process Excellence, Six Sigma training, or Change Management training

Business, science, engineering or related degree(s)

Master’s degree or MBA or other advanced degree
