Production Coordinator, Video

Job Description
Industrial Color’s video team is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator, Video. Your role will be to organize and support the VP of Video and the producers in all things related to coordinating video production from start to finish. The coordinator will oversee all project resource tracking and reporting of both freelance artists and internal resources throughout the lifecycle of a project. Projects include but are not limited to short-form, social, and commercial content.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support both live action and post production with booking resources and start paperwork.
- Support new freelance and staff onboarding
- Work with office operations team as needed for client meetings, shipping and receiving and freelancers accessing the office
- Serve as the liaison between freelancers and video team
- Managing Artist Assignments
- Sourcing New Artists
- Update tracking documents and calendars in G Suite, project based
- Work with producers to track and report artist hours and expenses to accounting\
- Create and submit monthly dept. expense reports, either project related or ongoing support costs, i.e., software subscriptions, etc. Manage 3rd party vendors and contracts
- Keeping server and project files archived/organized
- Researching/streamlining processes, tools and templates for efficiencies
- Reports to VP, Video
Requirements
- Highly organized and motivated to learn
- 1-3 + years of experience in live action and/or post production
- Understanding of production workflows and application
- Experience building project plans, schedules, and resource plans
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player who understands how to work effectively in a fast paced, evolving organization
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Knowledge of ActualizeIT a plus
- Knowledge of FrameIO a plus
