Oura is seeking an experienced Localization Project Manager. In this position you will work closely with design, product management, engineering, marketing and CX to ensure a truly global user experience across the product. Some other general duties and tasks include:
- Managing each step of the localization process:
- Overseeing the end-to-end localization workflows across product, CX and marketing
- Lead internationalization efforts in development teams
- Coordinate Oura's localization partners and linguists
- Document and optimize localization processes and guidelines
- Proactively assess localization quality and manage improvement needs
- Define quality requirements and success metrics for localized content
- Manage independent projects within the program to optimize localization workflows and customer experience
In addition to the requirements below, you should be naturally inquisitive, enjoy learning, and have the ability to work cross-functionally with all of our teams.

- Bachelor's, or Master’s degree, in Localization, Language Studies, or International Studies
- 5+ years of prior localization project management experience, working on projects that involve GTM launches, software, and creative content
- Deep knowledge of localization and linguistics, LQA processes and scalable localization infrastructures
- Working knowledge of industry standard localization tools
- Experience leading Internationalization efforts
- Experience working with agile methods and cross-functional, cross-timezone teams
- Experience working in a global company
- Strong focus on UX amp; CX
- Proactive attitude, data-oriented mindset, and solution-driven thinking
- Knowledge of project management tools e.g. Jira, Asana
- Exceptional organizational skills and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate will be fluent in at least 2 languages, additional language skills considered an advantage
